my work
I create cinematic, nature-woven portraits that feels quiet, immersive, and deeply intentional. Your dog isn’t just in nature — they feel woven into it. My work is inspired by depth, shadow, mood, rich greens, soft haze, luminous highlights, and a very intentional use of negative space. My editing feels earthy and tonal rather than bright and airy. My work is inspired by the mood — and the way a dog exists within it.
Our session is slow and intentional. I take the time to understand your dog’s personality, their pace, their comfort. Direction is offered when needed, but patience defines the process. I wait for the quiet lift of the gaze, the stillness, the strength, the softness — the details that make your dog unmistakably yours.
Light and shadow play an important role in my work. I embrace depth, texture, and rich tonal color, shaping images that feel painterly and grounded. The environment becomes a character in the portrait — framing, softening, and elevating your dog without overpowering them.
The final images are timeless and atmospheric. Art fit for the interior of your home.

Planning a session
When you book a session, you are commissioning a carefully crafted body of work — not simply a collection of photographs.
Each experience begins with intentional planning: monitoring light patterns, and scouting refined yet accessible locations selected specifically for your dog’s comfort and presence.
Many sessions require 2–3+ hours of round-trip travel to secure a landscape worthy of the final image.
Up to 1.5 hours are spent on location, allowing your dog the space to explore and settle naturally.
12-20+ hours are devoted to detailed artistic refinement — shaping tone, depth, and atmosphere by hand.
Your portraits are thoughtfully curated into a private gallery for a seamless proofing and selection experience.
Years of experience working with dogs of all personalities ensure the process remains calm, respectful, and expertly guided.
The result is singular: artwork defined by a distinct editing style and artistic vision.
YOUR Experience Includes
Up to 1.5 hours on location in carefully selected outdoor settings, with travel time included to reach these quiet, often remote landscapes.
5 professionally edited, high-resolution digital portraits, prepared for print or personal sharing. All dogs can remain on leash throughout the session, all will be removed through editing.
The opportunity to expand your collection with additional portraits
(starting at $70 per image, with tiered savings as your collection grows). Most clients choose to invest an additional $500–$2,000+ to complete their gallery with the images that resonate most deeply.
Option to add an additional dog from the same household.
($75 per additional dog).

Full-SERvice 2-day portrait package
This experience prioritizes client convenience, artistry, and unparalleled access to light and landscape — a complete, cinematic portrait journey, made possible by a custom climate controlled campervan and expertise in capturing dogs at their most natural and luminous.
I built this package for busy clients who want the most cinematic and dynamic fine art possible without the need for them to be present during the session. Experience the delight and joy of discovery when you view your custom gallery for the first time. I literally go the extra mile, an experience you can’t find with any other photographer.
I personally pick up your dog(s) (and their bed, food, any medications or items needed for an overnight trip) and transport them in my custom-built campervan, traveling to remote, cinematic locations chosen for light, texture, and atmosphere. I photograph at golden hour, camp overnight on location, and shoot again at sunrise and then I return your dogs back to your home calm, happy, and cared for.
Includes:
Up to 3+ hours of photography across two sessions (golden hour + sunrise)
Transport, travel, and overnight accommodations in my campervan for your dog(s)
